Positive: clean
Negative: a/c was busted. it was like sleeping in an oven. called maintenance people. they showed up an hour later. said they fixed it. they didn't. opened the windows at night to try and cool it off. place had bugs and mosquitoes the next morning. very uncomfortable and annoying.
