Amazing Boho Oasis Apartment in Ohio City

The property was held together by command strips, flies, mineral oil and too firm floor beds. Modern day boho chic is the name of the game here. For the property other than the quarter sized fly family of 7, I would give it a 8/10. It is decorated nicely. The host and the parking situation is the issue. Hopefully you have better luck, in my case the parking could have been avoided if the host could communicate quicker than 17 HOURS. But hey, maybe he wasn’t on his phone. But just so happened to be the next day to reply in two minutes? Who knows? But if you have concerns he will hit you up with a “what do u need?” And then attempt to gaslight you into believing there are just mayflies in his house, not houseflies, to which you send a video and never receive an apology. “Parking” is bad, get there first. There is no other option, the other parking is in on the sidewalk/in front of the house and the neighbors can block you in. Host 0/10, Parking 0/10. The flies were more hospitable. Otherwise this property would have been a 8/10 with no issues other than a host with zero communication skills, a poor maintained VRBO with no parking.

Cute, clean space in a nice location for a great value with access to nice little independent coffee shops, and a metro park path for walking or running.

Host was well attentive and welcoming. The washer was finicky and needed to be unplugged after use. The house is normally set to 62, which is quite cold for me. Maybe 65 would be better? The bathroom was nice (though I had to pull the door up to make it latch) and the kitchen was well supplied. The tv in the living space and couch were quite nice. Parking wasn’t an issue. The large bedroom felt great. The bed pillows were more firm than I liked and difficult to fall asleep on. The location is perfect for where I wanted to be and felt safe.

My wife and I were thrilled with our stay. Lots of space, very clean, well equipped kitchen, and a quiet neighborhood. Five star!
